Prepare your tea correctly
Steep the tea bag in 0.2 l of hot water for 5–7 minutes. To prepare a quality drink, we recommend always using a new tea bag.

Stinging nettle / small nettle – herb (40%) (Urtica dioica L., Urtica urens L.), lemon verbena – leaves (Aloysia citrodora Paláu), hibiscus – flower (20%) (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.), rosehip (hips) – fruit (10%) (Rosa canina L.), natural flavours, pomegranate – pomegranate peel (Punica granatum L.), biotin (D-biotin) (1%), pomegranate juice (1%), selenium (sodium selenite) (1%).
